Our Vision for every person is four-fold:
1. To see Visions birthed
2. To see Dreams awakened
3. To see People restored and raised up
4. To see Destinies fulfilled
At Destiny we believe that every person has a purpose and destiny, and that no one person was created to be average.
It is our goal in everything we do to:
1) To Love God, Love People and Love Life
2) To see every person saved, healed, whole, set free, discipled, empowered and serving God.
3) To help and equip every person to discover their purpose and calling, fulfill their potential, and live out their God-given divine destiny for His glory and His kingdom.

The Mission of Destiny Christian Centre
Mission: help every person be who they were CREATED to B
“To help every person believe in God through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and belong to His family, become His disciples and build His Kingdom.”
This process is summarized by the maxim “CREATED to B”
B help every person to BELIEVE in God through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
B help them to BELONG to his family
B train them to BECOME his disciple
B equip them to BUILD his kingdom
The Mandate of Destiny Christian Centre
(the means & ministries through which we will fulfill our vision and mission)
1) TO BE A RESOURCE TO THE CHURCH AND THE NATIONS
To establish a church of people from every tongue, tribe and colour, whose blessings, wisdom and knowledge will not be only for themselves, but whom God will raise up and use to resource other churches and the nations, as part of God’s greater assignment for these end times. This church will contain thousands of members because in the multitude of people is the king honoured (Proverbs 14:v.28).
2) TO BE A SENDING CHURCH
To be a church who will reproduce many sons and daughters, through training, mentoring and discipleship, in order to raise them up and send them out into the four corners of this world.
3) TO BE A PLANTING CHURCH
This will involve planting churches with spiritual children born in our house, as well as raising up and releasing others to go and do that which God has placed in their hearts – for the earth is the Lord’s and the fullness thereof.
4) TO DEMONSTRATE THE FATHER HEART OF GOD
To be a ministry that operates in the love of God and demonstrates the Father heart of God in its actions, values and spirit. By embracing others and celebrating the church because it is such a heart that will restore Britain, Europe and the nations throughout the world.
5) DESTINY TV
The development of a significant TV ministry to preach the gospel and transform lives through modern, relevant & dynamic programs that will be seen in every continent and broadcast to millions of homes worldwide.
6) DESTINY NETWORK
To establish a global network and affiliation of churches aimed at providing support, strength and mutual accountability, thereby strengthening other Pastors and those carrying visions from God, and maximising the visions entrusted to us by God.
7) DESTINY CHILDREN’S CHURCH
To establish a complete children’s ministry church, based on a new innovative curriculum of teachings and programmes for children aged from 0-12 years. The goal is such that by age 12 all children will be fully established in their faith and the fundamental doctrines of Christianity.
8) DESTINY MISSIONS
Through establishing and sending Destiny Missions Teams who will to engage in training of cross-cultural workers and indigenous leaders, humanitarian support and infrastructure building, DCC will support of missionaries across the globe to harness the power of partnership, and increase our impact.
9) DESTINY COMMUNITY SERVICES
The launch of the church’s welfare arm DESTINY COMMUNITY SERVICES (DCS), to engage and help meet the practical care and support needs of our local community such as feeding, clothing, life skills, welfare aid, thereby ministering to the whole person on both a spiritual and practical level.
10) DESTINY MUSIC AND WORSHIP TEAM BAND
The establishment of Destiny Music Academy and Destiny Worship Team Band, who will produce albums on every available media, and introduce the world to the unique sound of worship enjoyed here at DCC. The Academy will teach a range of instruments and provide a means for people to develop their gifting and passions. The Band will tour internationally, taking our very own worship music globally.
11) DESTINY LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
The establishment of Destiny Leadership Academy to train and nurture those who have the call of Christian leadership in the church. This will be accomplished with courses, seminars and an annual leadership conference each year for training and equipping the leaders of tomorrow.
12) DESTINY BUSINESS & ENTREPRENUERS FORUM
A strategic forum for those called as entreprenuers and in the world of business. The goal is to raise up 100 Christian millionaires whose heart will be to finance Kingdom projects. The ministry will offer conferences, seminars and tailor-made specific forums bringing in the best speakers in the corporate business and Christian world.
13) DESTINY BIBLE SCHOOL AND ACADEMY
The establishment of a Bible school and training academy in conjunction with Destiny partners for raising, training, equipping and sending out of Bible students.
14) DESTINY FAMILY LIFE CENTRE
A centre to minister to the entire family at every stage of life – parents, children, teenagers, young adults, married couples, singles and elderly. Designed to provide care, support and practical life help, ensure restoration and total well being of the entire person.
An extension of this ministry will be the establishment of our own fully funded, independent, privately funded school which will offer a Christian based education to children aged 3-18 years.
15) DESTINY PARTNERSHIP
The partnership ministry of Dr Jerome & Pastor Ruth to further spread the gospel and reach the nations through prayers, financial giving and practical support of meetings, conference and conventions.
We endeavor to accomplish all that God has called us to do, as He blesses all that we set our hands to do.
We cannot achieve it alone, but with His mandate, the partnership of the Holy Spirit, and the faithful partnership of every member of the DCC family, we shall pursue them until Jesus comes again.
We receive every single one of these promises by faith – for this is the victory that overcomes the world (1 John 5:v.4)
We stand confident in the one who is able, and believe that each and every one of these things shall come to pass by the grace of God.
